Vibe coding with AI is how we turn dreams into digital realities.
Decoding the future of creativity, culture, and community.
We’ve Been Vibe Coding — and Things Got Real Fast
Over the past few months, our team’s been deep in what we now call vibe coding. I’ve had the privilege of managing an incredible group of senior engineers—people with years of experience building digital products across multiple industries. But everything shifted the moment we discovered AI.
When tools like Claude.ai and ChatGPT first launched, we knew coding was about to change forever. So we leaned in and started experimenting. At first, we used simple prompts to refine code, debug issues, and generate quick snippets. There were some bumps along the way (errors, trial) but we could already feel the potential of collaborating with AI. Then came the wave of AI-native dev tools: Bolt.new, v0.dev, Cursor, Replit, and now our current favorite—Lovable. Each release confirmed what we already knew: things were about to move fast.
While building one of our own early experiments, creatorsyndicate.app, we didn’t have a name for what we were doing. We were just exploring and building. But now, we call the industry call vibe coding.
This is an example of a project we coded using Claude.ai to build a sneaker app. We started with wireframes and planned out the functionality. Then, we used Figma to define the style guide and grab design css snippets. From there, we began crafting our prompts to input into Claude.ai.
Once we had our component ready, we used Cursor.ai and Expo.dev to input our React code, test the functionality properly, update the styles, and add images, animations, and other visual elements.
So, what is Vibe Coding?
Vibe coding is the practice of using AI tools, like ChatGPT and Claude to help you build digital products. You feed the AI a prompt, and in return, it generates working code, previews UI (graphics), and even helps you validate your concepts. It’s like pairing with a super-charged dev buddy who never sleeps.
Vibe coding is amazing for prototyping and getting ideas off the ground quickly. But for more complex products; things with booking systems, e-commerce features, or layered user flows you still need a plan. Vibe coding doesn’t replace strategy; it supercharges it.
How I vibe code planning
I always start by writing down my ideas and thoughts. Read through what you're building, the problem you're solving, who you're building it for, and what functionality you can leave out vs. what features are essential.
Second, get familiar with UI and UX flows. I use Mobbin and Dribble to review design patterns, user flows, and functionality.
Create high-fidelity wireframes of the mobile application; such as the Home, Sign-Up, and User Profile screens—along with the full user flow, sitemap.etc
Start thinking about the functionality. Begin by writing clear, prompt-based instructions for each page and its specific features. Make sure to separate the functionality for each page to keep things organized and easy to build with AI tools.
Unlike traditional coding, working with AI is about communicating your intentions clearly. Large Language Models (LLMs) like the ones powering Lovable don’t “understand” in a human sense – they predict outputs based on patterns in their training data. This has important implications for how you should prompt: For consistent outcomes, it helps to structure your prompt into clear sections. A recommended format (like “training wheels” for prompting) uses labeled sections for Context, Task, Guidelines, and Constraints
My Vibe Coding Planning Process
The team has been actively building for the B2B space, creating tools that help creators grow their businesses. Examples include creatorsyndicate.app, and our newly launched creator product, instantcreatives.ai.
We also developed rulebender.ai, a tool designed to help users navigate Facebook ad account bans and compliance issues.
In addition, we're building sports applications for athlete representation / agents agencies and developing internal tools for media clients, as well as niche social media and community apps.
Prototype with building with AI The Benefits of Vibe Coding
Now more than ever, you can validate your ideas and test them quickly. We’re living in a time where ideas can go from concept to reality in minutes—not months. Vibe coding allows us to build products for niche markets without needing massive budgets, helping creators and businesses find real revenue opportunities. From sports teams to accountants to churches—anyone can build a SaaS product today. We’re a collective of product owners, AI researchers, and engineers based in New York and Miami, building and testing in our lab environments. Our team has decades of experience shipping digital products for Fortune 500 clients, and we’re now bringing that expertise to the next generation of AI-powered tools.
We advise and consult with clients every day—and now, we’re launching an AI x HI Innovation Club for those who dare to build their dream products. It’s for the curious, the bold, and the ones unafraid to dive into AI and grow beyond their comfort zones.
The time is now.
